Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping Costs:

 

a. Shipment of products that were ordered via the shopping cart function:

 

Shipping within Germany

If the goods are shipped to an address in Germany, a flat shipping fee of EUR 4.15 applies.

 

The delivery time is approx. 2-4 working days.

 

Shipping within the EU

If the shipment is made to an address outside of Germany and within the EU, a flat shipping fee of EUR 14.50 applies.

The order will be sent via DHL premium shipping.

 

The delivery time is approx. 4-5 working days.

 

Shipping to Liechtenstein and Switzerland

For shipping to an address in Liechtenstein and Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 14.50. The invoice is issued net. The import of the ordered goods must be declared to the destination country, taxes and import duties incurred must be settled and paid by the buyer.

The order will be sent via DHL premium shipping.

 

Shipping to a country not listed

If you would like to have products shipped to a destination country not listed above, simply contact us by email at info@cassidah.com. We will take care of your request and inform you of possible shipping options.

 

The delivery time is approx. 10-14 working days.

 

b. Shipping of products ordered from the `Mirror Collection´ after personal contact (email & phone):

 

Shipping within Germany

For shipment to an address in Germany, there is a flat shipping fee of EUR 25.00.

 

The delivery time is approx. 5-7 working days.

 

Shipping within the EU

For shipment to an address outside of Germany and within the EU, a flat shipping fee of EUR 30.00 applies.

The order will be shipped via DHL International.

 

The delivery time is approx. 5-7 working days.

 

Shipping to Liechtenstein and Switzerland

For shipping to an address in Liechtenstein and Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 30.00. The invoice is made net. The import of the ordered goods must be declared to the destination country, taxes and import duties incurred must be settled and paid by the buyer.

The order will be shipped via DHL International.

The delivery time is approx. 5-7 working days.

 

Shipping to a country not listed

If you would like to have products shipped to a destination country not listed above, simply contact us by email at info@cassidah.com. We will take care of your request and inform you of possible shipping options.

 

c. Shipping of furniture purchased from the 'Furniture Collection' after personal inspection:

 

You can order the shipping of products from the so called "Furniture Collection" yourself at your own expense and account by a freight forwarder. The costs and delivery times depend on the shipping company.

 

 

2. Handling of Returns and Complaints 

 

2. A. RETURN of products ordered using the shopping cart function:

 

Revocation / return: You can exercise your right of revocation in accordance with the deadlines specified in the terms and conditions. Please pack the goods in the original packaging so that they are not damaged and please enclose a copy of the invoice or invoice number. Please send the goods to

If possible, please send the products so that the shipment is traceable. As soon as we have received the goods and the goods are free from defects, we will refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs. You will bear the return shipping costs.

 

Complaint: If one of the products you ordered contains defects, you are welcome to send it back within the scope of the statutory warranty rights (see Terms and Conditions), stating the defects and claiming. We will check the goods for defects upon receipt.

Please note, however, that the goods we sell are always unique, handcrafted in Syria. All game boards from the `Game Boards` shop section are used and therefore show signs of wear, age and a corresponding patina. These are not defects that entitle you to make a complaint.

 

If a defect for which we are responsible can still be proven, it is unfortunately not possible for us to have the goods repaired or to send you a new product. However, we will - if possible - offer you a similar unique item as a replacement. If no replacement is possible, we will of course transfer the purchase price and shipping costs back to you.

 

2. B. RETURN of products from the "Mirror Collection" range, which were bought after personal contact (email & phone):

You will receive a return slip from us by e-mail for shipping.

 

As soon as we have received the goods and the goods are free from defects, we will refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs.

 

If you have not purchased furniture from the "Mirror Collection" range after contacting us solely by phone or email, but viewed and bought it on site, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

 

Claim:

2.C. RETURN of furniture from the "Furniture Collection" area, which was purchased after a personal inspection on site.

 

Revocation / return: The right of revocation does not apply to objects from the "Furniture Collection" area of ​​the online shop.

 

Complaint:

 

If furniture from the "Furniture Collection" range contains defects, you are welcome to make a complaint within the framework of the statutory warranty rights (see Terms and Conditions), stating the defects. We will then contact you to request more information about the defects.

 

Please note, however, that the goods we sell are always unique, handcrafted in Syria. All handcrafted furniture from the "Furniture Collection" category has irregularities in the surface appearance, signs of wear and tear, signs of age and a corresponding patina. These are not defects that entitle you to make a complaint.

 

If a defect for which we are responsible can still be proven, it is unfortunately not possible for us to have the goods repaired or to send you a new product. However, we will - if possible - offer you a similar unique item as a replacement. If no replacement is possible, we will of course arrange the return transport and refund the sales price and shipping costs.
